Il s&rsquo;agit ainsi d&rsquo;informer et de sensibiliser les personnes qui ne savent pas forc\u00e9ment les cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives que peuvent engendrer les petits barrages ou la baignade.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Pourquoi \u00e9viter de construire un barrage de pierres ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On se rappelle tous des bons moments pass\u00e9s au bord de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 faire des petits barrages. Oui mais voila : <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">barrer l\u2019\u00e9coulement d\u2019une rivi\u00e8re lui est fortement dommageable<\/mark>. L\u2019eau ralentie se r\u00e9chauffe, les s\u00e9diments s\u2019accumulent. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019obstacles entrave donc la circulation des animaux aquatiques et l\u2019accomplissement de leurs cycles de vie.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, s\u2019il est possible de se baigner, il est interdit*** de cr\u00e9er des barrages pour modifier le niveau d\u2019eau !<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>***<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000033941019&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006074220&amp;dateTexte=20170301\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Code de l\u2019environnement \u2013 Article R214-1<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; rubrique 3.1.0<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retrouvez en lien ci dessous, un article de l&rsquo;Association des P\u00eacheurs de la Plaine de Valence qui d\u00e9crit bien les nuisances caus\u00e9s par ces petits barrages.
